If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within three days via Helpline, Facebook page or mail address.

If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with us. If the same item is not available choose another item of same price.

Carefully select your size by checking our size chart before order. You need to pay the shipping charges to replace wrong size products selected by you. In some cases we can deny your request. We're not liable to solve issues created from your side.

Custom made items cannot be returned.
